Volz is a multi-module travel platform — flights, hotels and corporate travel — operating across B2B and B2C with live GDS inventory and local payment rails. Led frontend end-to-end: architecture, design system, critical-flow redesigns, and the UX decisions that move conversion.

Reduced booking drop-off by 25% through A/B testing, funnel analysis and session data — then redesigned the critical flows around what the data showed. Built the shared design system used across the entire product and engineering team. Drove frontend architecture and UI/UX decisions across all modules. Turkish Airlines partnership secured during active development.
