Volz is a multi-module travel platform — flights, hotels and corporate travel — operating across B2B and B2C with live GDS inventory and local payment rails. Led frontend end-to-end: architecture, design system, critical-flow redesigns, and the UX decisions that move conversion.

■ Context

Reduced booking drop-off by 25% through A/B testing, funnel analysis and session data — then redesigned the critical flows around what the data showed. Built the shared design system used across the entire product and engineering team. Drove frontend architecture and UI/UX decisions across all modules. Turkish Airlines partnership secured during active development.

A/B testing, funnel analysis and session data identified the leak. Critical flows redesigned around the evidence — booking drop-off reduced by 25%.

02 — Design system
Shared design system used across the entire product and engineering team. One source of truth for components, tokens and motion.

03 — GDS integration
GDS API payloads wired into real-time booking interfaces — live pricing, seat availability, dynamic fares. UI absorbs the complexity so users don't have to.

04 — Frontend architecture
Drove frontend architecture and UI/UX decisions across flights, hotels and corporate travel modules — B2B and B2C, web and mobile.
